Jay C. Evans, P.E., P.S.M., C.G.C.
President
Mr. Evans began his career three decades ago. As President, CEO and founder of Pillar Consultants, Jay perceived a need to more directly address the requirements of the developer in a personal and professional manner without sacrificing quality or costs, and providing a hands-on approach to each project.
Jay is a highly qualified engineer, surveyor and contractor with years of experience in virtually all fields of development. He holds from Ohio State University a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science degree in Surveying. Mr. Evans is also a State Licensed General Contractor, Registered Professional Engineer, and a Licensed Surveyor & Mapper.
Troy Townsend, P.S.M.
Director of Surveying
Mr. Townsend is a registered Professional Surveyor & Mapper in the State of Florida with over 25 years of experience in both private and public sectors. He holds a certificate of Surveying from the University of Maryland and holds an associates degree in Engineering from Broward Community College.
Troy has extensive experience in Plat preparation, Condominium document preparation, ALTA/Boundary surveys, construction layout and asbuilt surveys. He is also a active member of the Florida Surveyor and Mapper Society.
Jason Wilson, E.I.T.
Project Engineer
Mr. Wilson has 10 years of experience in Civil Engineering design, planning and construction inspection. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of New Brunswick.
